To those who aren’t aware, QSAFE have changed some of the must do elements of the Queensland Drivers License examination. Of course, those of you who drive with me have no real concerns because what we’ve been doing in our training is well beyond the requirements of QSAFE insofar as hazard perception and avoidance is concerned. Still, I thought it might be a good idea from time to time to highlight the fact that QSAFE are constantly adjusting and refining their testing processes so that only the most competent drivers wind up on our roads with red P’s.
To that end, please do take the time to read through the attached document from QSAFE. It does a very good job of detailing exactly what your driver’s license test encompasses, and why. There is nothing quite like being fully prepared.
